　　卧式螺带式混合机是一种常用的工业混合设备，适用于粉状、颗粒状和纤维状物料的混合和均匀化。它采用水平放置的结构，主要由机身、传动装置、搅拌装置、进料口、排料口等组成。

广泛应用于化工、制药、食品、冶金等行业。它可用于混合干粉、颗粒状物料，如化肥、染料、农药、药品原料等；也可用于混合湿润的物料，如饲料、糊状材料等。由于其优良的混合效果和均匀性，卧式螺带式混合机在工业生产中得到了广泛应用。

　　工作原理如下：利用内外螺旋叶片的旋转来实现物料的混合。内螺旋叶片将物料从两侧抬起，向中心推进；而外螺旋叶片则将物料从中心抬起，向两侧推进。通过不断重复这个过程，物料在混合机内得到充分的搅拌和混合，从而达到均匀混合的效果。

　　3、不锈钢制作，二层螺旋桨叶连续旋转混合，外层螺旋将物料从两侧向中汇集，内层螺旋将物料从中向两侧分流，使物料在混合槽内形成对流混合，从而达到高均匀度混合效果。

The external screw gathers the materials inwards while the internal screw disperses the materials outwards with convective mixing inside the cavity to realize high uniformity mixed materials.
